It has became a great challenge to get a job now a days, Specially for new comers. After graduation most of the young student got depressed because they can not find the right job for them.  That is here is few information that I learnt from a newspaper yesterday. It might help them to improve there lifestyle or career.

The first important thing is CV. There is no need to put every single things in CV. and you must attach a cover letter with CV. This is for new comer, In that letter you must need to mention that you are anew comer. So that the company will now that you are a new comer, In that you can also mention that you had just completed your graduation and you had been appointed for many workshops, job fair in your academic level. You will give a clear information that you are able to do such kind of job for there company that they need. 

Another important thing is to attend Viva, Most of the student got nervous in Viva board . You can't do anything with that because it is a natural thing. What you can do is, you can put nice cloths to impress them, remember first impression is a plus point for you. They will ask questions, if you know the answer then give the answer politely and you can also add some example, if you don't know the answer then just say that the answer is not clear to you. Thats all. But never get over confident. 

First you have to research for that company that you want to join, you need to know all the basic terms of that company or how it works. It will give you some confident in Viva board.
