Greetings everyone, 

As we bring on board various newbies onto the steemit platform, it is very important that we assist them whenever the need arises. As we go through various posts on steemit, we tend to observe the various shortcomings of these newbies. 

This is why I organized a zoom meeting for steemians from 5 p.m to 6 p.m  so that they could take note of some things such as ; **hashtags, setting beneficiaries and delegations**. 

We had in our midst steemians including @marwone, @avagah, @farhmade, @kayduke and @captain36. It was quite an enlightening session with very interactive question and answers.

We kicked things off by going our agenda for the day then tackling the proper format for writing of diary game posts. This was when members were shown how to properly use tags in their posts and the importance of the ghana tag (#ghana) was also stressed on.

Questions were then welcomed and answered accordingly.

We then proceeded to look at the proper ways of setting beneficiaries since some of our member were doing this wrongly at the beginning. Sometimes people even tend to misspell the name of the account which then wastes the payout. It was a step-by-step so everyone grabbed a full understanding before we proceeded.

We then spoke about delegation and how this can be done using steemworld. This was also very useful since some of our members were still struggling to do so. This way they were able to set the preferred delegation to support communities on steemit.
