Option A3 is too simple, looks like a wip, not  a finished logo; it's rather mundane. Option A2 is nice, but I do not like the black strings forming the "Q", they are very symmetric. Option A1 is the best for me, it is impressive and ominous with the deep red tints, and the strings of the "Q" are wild and random, really unsettling. Perhaps it would be a good idea (if it is possible) to make subtle changes to the logo, according to the *season* (autumn, winter, etc) that is relevant to the story. I remember you planned on using appropriate palettes for each season, so it might make sense to do it for the logo too.

The idea of arcs running in parallel and influencing each other is great and it would do the trick for me. Just tell me that this would not cancel the *other* introduction, the one with the summoning and the enchantment of the blade...

As for the funding, unfortunately I am not a very social type and these "community"-things scare me! Thus, I can offer little help concerning exposure and publicity and reaching out to thousands. But I think that @bryan-imhoff's comment holds a lot of good advice and opportunities.
