Dragonflies

The dragonflies, one of my favourite nature photography subjects,  haven't shown themselves yet, but they should be here Real Soon Now<sup>tm</sup>. While we wait, here are some photographs I prepared earlier:

Great photos! I hope you don't mind if I use them as my screensaver. Can I ask are these pictures taken by yourself? Do you use any extra lighting during the shoot or is it all just pure sunlight? Love the balance of colour you achieved there!
