Good evening everyone !!!  Not so long ago I read a book about the life of people in past centuries, in different eras.  I was very impressed with the book; I especially liked the chapter on aristocratic habits.  There is an idea that I wanted to embody.  So, today we will prepare breakfast for aristocrats.

 For this we need:
 3 eggs,
 100 grams of grated cheese
 bread,
 salt,
 greenery.
 Cook two eggs in a steep.  We will have them later.  Next, cut the bread into small slices.  From it we will make juicy crackers.

 Slices of bread pour an egg so that it is absorbed.  Then decorate with salt, herbs and cheese.  We spread parchment on a baking sheet, put crackers, put it in the oven.

 When the crackers are ready and the eggs are cooked, proceed to breakfast.  It turns out very tasty !!!

Всем добрый вечер!!! Не так давно читала я книгу о жизни людей в прошлых веках, в разных эпохах. Книга меня очень впечатлила, особенно понравилась глава об аристократических привычках. Назрела идея, которую захотелось воплотить. Итак, сегодня приготовим завтрак аристократов. 

Для этого нам нужно:
3 яйца,
100 грамм тёртого сыра,
хлеб,
соль,
зелень.
Варим два яйца в крутую. Их мы будем в последствии есть. Далее, хлеб режем на мелкие ломтики. Из него мы сделаем сочные сухари. 

Ломтики хлеба поливаем яйцом, чтобы оно впиталось. Затем украсим солью, зеленью и сыром. На противень растилаем пергамент, укладываем сухари, помещаем в духовку. 

Когда сухари будут готовы и яйца сварены приступаем к завтраку. Получается очень вкусно!!!
