### Tonight is my 9th day to the #fitness2020 challenge by @davidke20.
The challenge is about doing your workout every day for 20 days in February that will end at the end of the month.

**Why I joined the challenge?**

It's too funny and maybe people are laughing at me. Actually, I can't run faster not I can walk 100 to 300 steps. The real reason why is to show my support to this man as far as I knew, he is well determined to his goal. He is so generous person too. I have 11 days to come, I hope I can do survive.

It has a great result in 9 days of straight exercise and I will continue this after the challenge. It gave me a good sleep at night and reduced belly fats. How much more if I double it to how many months.
