There are so many things that we try to give an excuse about and with my findings of late, I have realized that sometimes, we just think we are making progress whereas we are still at the same spot.
We are usually so carried away with the noise around us that we think that we are really getting bigger and better and most times we do not know that we are till standing at the same old spot.

We give so many excuses and I will give certain examples below:
I am trying all that is within my power.
I have done all that  can do but everything is still the same.
I don't even have the strength to kill myself over issues.
I am just fine the way that I am.
So many people love my personality, so I think I am good to go.

These and many more are excuses that people give everyday and everytime and one thing about these excuses is that, they tie us down to a particular spot for a very long time, these things hinder us from making progress and achieving simple achievements.

Have you ever thought about the great and outstanding benefits of doing away with all those excuses.
What about if you sit yourself down and tell yourself the truth. Alright, we know that people see you as being a perfect person, everyone hails you and they simply regard you as the best but that is because they do not really know the type of person you are.

Now, the truth remains that no one can know you better than yourself, so why don't you take a deep breath while you spend some time alone and reflect over your actions and misbehaviour.
Why don't you take time to say the truth to yourself and tell yourself how bad of an habit you have got.

Sometimes, we have those things running through our subconcious mind, remindidng us of the fact that we have to grow and that we have to improve on our weakness and work on our bad habit. But because we feel content with the level of achievement we have, and with the regular praises we receive from people, we fail to improve on ourselves.
There is nothing as good as making yourself a better person, there is nothing as good as identifying your weakness and working on them. One major issue however, is that we are not willing to accept the fact that we have a weakness.
Some individuals are too carried away with themselves that they feel they are the most perfect person in the world and therefore not giving any room or chance for self development, growth and achievement of dreams.
