What a posture to sleep the most appropriate and useful? (↻105%) (№ 3)
I think that all that happens when I Wake up I feel sick. Especially if the alarm clock wakes up. It is not the rise and the resurrection! Perhaps the neck is numb, or something hurts. When such a holiday brings more problems than rest. I do not write about a small or disturbing dream.

**So maybe you're not sleeping in the right position? maybe this is the cause of suffering!**

So let's break down the sleeping positions.

**1) Sleep on your side**

According to research, this is the most popular pose in humans. Yes, it often causes pain in the shoulders, etc. But it is natural, similar to the pose of a small child or embryo!

In this pose at us the backbone has a rest, therefore, the back is relaxed. It also helps against snoring.

But the cons, neck pain, as well as the load on the heart. It can also cause wrinkles on the face, although to a small extent!

In this position it is ideal to use a soft pillow and a second pillow under my knees.

**2) Sleeping on your stomach**

So very little sleep, about 10% of people. This pose is one of the worst!

This sleep adversely affects the joints and muscles.

But still this is the best pose.

**Result**

Я думаю что у всех бывает что когда проснулись чувствуете себя неважно. Особенно если будит будильник. Это не подъем, а воскрешение! Возможно затекла шея, или болит что-то. Когда такой отдых приносит больше проблем, чем отдыха. Я не пишу про малый или тревожный сон.

Так может вы спите не в правильной позе? может это и есть причина страданий!

Так давайте разберем позы для сна.

**1) Сон на боку**

По исследованиям это самая популярная поза у человека. Да она часто вызывает боль в плечах и т.д Но она является естественной, похожа на позу маленького ребенка или эмбриона!

В этой позе у нас отдыхает позвоночник, следовательно, спина расслабленна. Так же помогает против храпа.

А вот минусы, боль в шее, а так же нагрузка на сердце. Так же еще может вызывать морщины на лице, хотя и в малой степени!

В такой позе идеально использовать мягкую подушки и вторую подушку под колени.

**2) Сон на животе**

Очень мало так спят, около 10% людей. Эта поза одна из самых плохих!

При повороте головы вы сдавливаете артерию, что очень плохо. Нарушается кровоснабжение мозга. Так же вы сжимаете грудную клетку, затрудневаете дыхание!

Такой сон пагубно отражается на суставах и мышцах.

Из плюсов. Ее рекомендуют при дискомфорте в желудке А также эта поза для быстрого засыпания, но советую ее не использовать!

**3) Сон на спине.**

Лучшая позиция. Самые малые нагрузки на тело. Организм отдохнет качественнее чем в других позах. Давление на органы минимально!

Но есть и ограничения. На спине нельзя спать людям у которых сколиоз, или другие болезни, проблемы спины! А так же така поза вызывает храп и проблемки с дыханием.

Но все же эта самая хорошая поза.

**Итог**

Спите на спине, но почитайте выше там есть и минусы. Но все равно спите как вам удобно и комфортно. Так как если вам не удобно вы даже не уснете. Лучше всего ориентироваться на свои болячки и проблемы.

Попробуйте поспать в разных позах и выберете саму комфортную для себя. Так вы сможете высыпаться и просыпаться безболезненно!!

i like sleeping on my stomach and fetal position although I still find I'm uncomfortable, maybe the bed, maybe the pillows or some combination of the two...this is some good info, thank you

i try too but have a very hard time falling asleep on my back, although i am most comfortable like this, I think i just have too much on my mind and it ruins my sleep ....I will keep trying :)
