Hello beautiful family of God. Hope you all are doing great today. I say happy Sunday to everyone. I pray that we'll sure receive the blessings that come with it in Jesus name. Amen. Now last time, we looked at how God was so angry and cursed Cain for killing his only brother in the field. We shall be moving on to what happened next.

>4:13-14 And Cain said unto the LORD, My punishment is greater than I can bear. Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me.

See how Cain even added more curses upon himself after all God said. He felt so useless and regretted his action of killing his own brother. If only he had known that God would get to know and place a curse on him, maybe he wouldn't have done it. Now he says he's going to be a vagabond wandering about with no purpose in life. May we not be vagabonds in Jesus name.

>4:15 And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.

Oh how merciful can God be... Its true that He placed a curse on Cain but still, He wanted to keep him safe from troubles and said He will fight for Cain whenever anyone tries to hurt or kill him. The mark of God came upon Cain and so does God place his mark on so many of us today and that is why we are living freely on earth. 

God knows His own people and will always keep us safe, deliver us from all troubles and prevent us from our enemies. How great is our God. He is the name above all names and every other name will always bow to Him as the master. 

>4:16 And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. 

As I was saying, If we take God as the master of our lives, we will realize that things will just keep falling in place for us and all thinhs will begin and always work for our good. Stick to God today. He alone is able and even more than able to deliver and to save. Trust Him wholly.
