### I made 5,000 Posts in the last year
I joined steemit in May 2017 and have just hit 5,000 posts. This post will be 5,001. It's been quite a journey and I've learned a lot, made some new friends, found a writing style for *crypto* and a permanent home on the blockchain for some of my best photographic work, crafted into photo-essays for your enjoyment.

### I've posted about Many Things
From Street Life in New York City to Street Art in Hackney, on life, dreams, the Universe, Universal Basic Income, even some *truth*, near truth and what people might wishfully call soft disclosure. I've entered many contests, been inspired to contribute items from logos to rhymes, doodles and many thoughts. I've made lots of comments on other's posts, attempted to support other people wherever possible and given out advice, even sometimes when it's not asked for or maybe even required ! I try to reply to as many comments as I've had on my own posts. It's not always easy but it's worth it. Steemit's great.

I've also done a few giveaways in the past. I helped start @resteembot with a modest contest prize and to celebrate my 5,000 posts, I'm doing a SIMPLE GIVEAWAY. more than a favorite publication, the best thing I've seen on your blog is the way of writing for the contests, I have actually learned a lot of the reading works of all contestants of @originalworks, you're always among the first and I think it's due to Writing quality, my natural idiom is not English, I do not even the speak it a bit, so it has been difficult for me to write as cleanly as you do, but I think I have part of your very essence, It has helped me a lot to see his work,  learning and advanced, so thank you very much for sharing your work, the people who are up must always help others, so I learn and achieve that quality I will also teach it in the future, almost I level the 1000 followers, I am very happy, I imagine your happiness to arriving  5000 publications,  so enjoy your achievement that is well deserved. Hi @outerground, thank you for making Steemit a fun place to be with your blog. Congratulations on your milestone. You are vast in everything from writing to photography. I admire you you a lot. You're also a committed family man. 

I tried to look at a post that describes all these qualities you have but it is hard to just pick one post that best describe your person. So, I'll go for this post as my favorite @outerground post:
