Hi steemians, I hope you all had a great weekend. Last weekend I stayed at home and make a panna cotta , it's very easy to be made, and more importantly, no special equipment is required for this. It just takes me about 15 mins to do so ! 

早上好，剛過去的周末大家做了什麼呢? 星期六晚上我在家弄了一個非常簡單的甜品 - 奶凍，它不需要任何特別的工具，而且只花了我15分鐘。既簡單又快捷，最重要的是，好吃! 食譜我只是隨意在網上找尋的，幸運的是這個食譜靠得譜!

<b>Recipe 食譜</b>
   <tbody>
     <tr>
       <td>Hokkaido Milk 3.6 (北海道特選3.6牛乳)</td>
       <td>350ml</td>
      </tr>
     <tr>
       <td>Sugar (砂糖) </td>
       <td>35g</td>
     </tr>
<tr>
       <td>Whipping cream (淡忌廉)</td>
       <td>150ml</td>
     </tr>
<tr>
       <td>Gelatine powder (魚膠粉)</td>
       <td>7g</td>
     </tr>
<tr>
       <td>Water (開水)</td>
       <td>15g</td>
     </tr>
   </tbody>

Procedures (步驟) :

1. Melt the Gelatine powder with hot water
-將魚膠粉加入開水中,再坐在溫水中令其溶成水狀

2. Mix the milk with sugar in gentle heat, don't boil it up. Mix it till the sugar is totally dissolved
-把砂糖加入牛奶及開慢火(不用煮滾)攪伴至砂糖完全溶解

3. Turn off the fire and add Gelatine poweder, mix it until they are dissolved 
-關火,並加入水狀魚膠粉,攪伴混合

4. Add and mix Whipping cream
-加入及攪伴淡忌廉

5. Put it into any little container and wait for about 30mins until it is cool down 
-入瓶及放涼大概30分鐘

6. Put it into refrigerator for two hours approximately 
-放入雪櫃大概兩小時就可以吃了

Well, have you noticed that the procedures are simply just.. keep mixing and mixing ! lol
-說穿了整個過程不就是不停攪伴嗎? 哈哈! 所以不會做甜品的我也能輕鬆應付這個奶凍!
