At Papillon we don't believe disabled kids must be pushed aside! Here we have Papillon's waiter training exams at a special needs school!

Papillon partnered with a university hotel school, to train the school leavers at a special needs school as waiters during their last year at the school.

Every youngster that you see serving here was trained by Papillon and they now have to serve the examiners!

Needless to say they all passed the exams with great marks!
Yes, some of them are a bit slower, but their smiles and friendliness make up for it!
Each of them received an official university, hotel school certificate.
All that they needed was an opportunity to prove themselves and the doors were opened for Papillon to offer them the opportunity. Unfortunately the following year the university shut their doors to Papillon.
We think it was the money, or maybe the stigma, but we were never given a reason for the end of the project.
In any case, it was great fun while it lasted and at least all of these children got a great start to life!
