INTERNAL VOICE

My internal voice used to be harsh, unloving and unforgiving. She didn't provide a safe space, she was a cold hearted, judgemental bitch. I made a commitment to push *her* to evolve and become conscious. 

Once we make peace with the harsh critic inside of our head and allow her to fall in love with us she will evolve along with us and the internal struggle will be more manageable. 

*Stop telling yourself you can't. 
*Stop telling yourself you're too sensitive. 
*Stop telling yourself it's taking too long. 
*Stop telling yourself you're unworthy.
*Stop telling yourself you'll never become who you're capable to be.

Believe in the beauty, power, and strength that lives inside of you. Be patient and love yourself where you're at. Don't beat yourself up for not being perfect, the most important thing is to keep loving yourself forward.
