Recipe of onion soup.

 I share with my friends a rich recipe, which is delicious as well as warming us up in this holiday season that there is that rich cold that permeates our bones, I prepare it for my family without telling them that I was going to make an onion soup, and when serving it on the plates they were delighted and even asking for the recipe.

 Onion soup.
# 
  
* 3 onions.
* 150 gr. of oil 
* 125 gr. of grated cheese of a type that melts well.
* 6 slices of toasted bread.
* 1 tablespoon of flour.
* 1 liter of water.
* Optional: Salt, spices (oregano, turmeric, nutmeg, white or black pepper, paprika,...) according to your taste.

 Preparation:

Put the oil in a casserole, and add the garlic and onion chopped into small pieces. The onion can also be added in very thin slices. Fry the onion for about 10 minutes in the very hot oil, stirring to prevent it from burning. The onion should not be toasted.

 Also sauté the potato pieces for a while (if used).
Add the flour and stir together.

 the water, the desired spices (oregano generously, for example), the salt (without abusing it), leave to heat for 15-20 minutes stirring lightly (until the onion is at the desired point).

Add about two tablespoons of grated cheese, and try if you want to add more water, or salt. Add other spices, such as pepper and paprika. Stir for another 2 minutes.

Finally, pour the soup into plates (or earthenware casseroles if you have them), putting on each plate a slice of toasted bread, with grated cheese on top. You can grill it just before serving.

 Children will love to pour a lot of grated cheese on themselves.</div>
