老闆在滾燙的炭爐上瀟灑自如地不停翻轉烤肉串，像一位苦練鐵砂掌的高人。從他手掌表面紅紅的燙痕，我能充分感受到老闆對烹飪的誠意與堅持。先上菜的是「**鹽燒雞腎**」，剔透的鹽粒加上酸酸的檸汁，讓爽口的雞腎更添味道的層次。

京阪的當地人對「**茶漬飯**」有一種偏愛，清香的荼葉味配合面豉湯更提煉其鮮味，加上甜甜的蜜桃片與辣不可擋的芥末，品盡「**甜咸澀辣**」的人生四滋味。

牛腩是香港人愛吃的伴酒小菜，想不到來到大阪依然可以吃到家鄉的味道。熱騰騰的湯腩配上滿滿地索取了腩汁的爽甜白蘿蔔，略重口味的料理對於飲酒後味覺變得遲鈍的食客來說卻是剛好的味道。

最重口味的料理登場，它的名字是「**醬燒泡菜五花肉**」。泡菜本身已經帶有濃烈的香辣味道，加上咸咸的醬料與脂肪十足的五花肉，膽固醇可謂在吞下的瞬間激增多倍。不過重口味卻是有助中和啤酒的苦澀味，一口啤酒，一口五花肉，人生樂事。
