I observed that one machine was abandoned. When I inquired, I was told is not dispensing cash. I decided to give it a trial, many people on the queue looked at me with disdain because I was adamant since many people have tried it and was same story. To people's amazement, I was able to withdraw cash from the same machine. If I were to go by popular opinion, I would have stayed in the queue for long.
