This is an interesting graphic which you also added to the comment you kindly made on my blog earlier. This looks like a classic scenario and may well explain the desperate plight of steemit. You seem to have all the components in the wrong place - your graphic is designed to serve the blockchain. Each of the entities in the blue circles will feel alienated and disenfranchised if this is the model.
