**The event that took place on October 6, 1991 in the St. Petersburg Sports Palace "Jubilee", remains one of the most exciting riddles of the last century. On this day the famous musician Igor Talkov was killed.**
## Tragedy in the "Jubilee"
Igor Talkov was then invited to the concert, which was organized by producer Sergei Lisovsky. Before the show began, Igor Malakhov, director of the singer Aziza, who also participated in the concert, came in to the make-up room of Tal'kova and asked Igor to speak before the girls - they say, she does not have time to prepare. Talkov refused: the order of the performance was determined by the rating of the artists, and according to him Talkov should speak later. Offended and deported from the dressing room Malakhov took out a gas pistol, which Talkov was informed by his director Valery Shlyafman.
Then Talkov took out his gas vat, went out of the dressing room, shot towards Malakhov, but missed and hit the floor. The same - with two shots Malakhov. Talokov's guards tried to restrain Malakhov, he dropped the gun, and ... another shot rang out, which killed Talcov outright: the bullet pierced his heart.
## Country of Childhood
However, not only death, but the whole fate of Talkov is unique. His Cossack clan was favored by the nobility, his grandfather served as a military engineer, his uncles were officers of the tsarist army. For this in the years of Soviet power, Talcov-father paid a price, having gone into exile in the Kemerovo region. There he met with a colleague in misfortune - Russian German Olga Yuvlevna Schwagerous. April 14, 1953 they were born the first-born Vladimir. In 1956, the family was released, forcibly resettled in the city of Shchekino, Tula region, near which in the village of Gretsovka on November 4, 1956, and our hero was born.
## Becoming a Musician
Little Igor just was sick with music, building a percussion kit from inverted saucepans and knocking on them with lids. Tired of such concerts, his parents bought him a real instrument - a button accordion.
One summer Igor, bathing in the river, picked up a heavy laryngitis and for a long time could not speak. After the voice was restored, but it appeared the very "crack" which gave the voice of Talkov a unique charm. By the way, he began singing on the advice of a doctor to restore the tone of the vocal cords.
At school he played in a musical group and had considerable success. Although the musician did not think about his career - he dreamed of becoming a hockey player, seriously trained and in 1972 tried to enter the Moscow school of CSKA. And only not having passed the selection, Talkov returned to music. He played in different groups and even started touring the country, until in 1975, during a speech in Tula, he openly spoke about the USSR and Brezhnev personally. For this he nearly fell into prison, having saved from it only a summons to the army.
After the service in the building battalion, Talkov returned to music. He played in discos in clubs and cultural houses and still showed his temper, inserting into the repertoire a song of anti-Soviet content. This in 1980 led to a ban on all of his public appearances. Rehabilitation occurred only 7 years after the recording of the song "Clean Ponds".
## Mystic of fate
Already being on the crest of success, Talkov seriously got carried away with acting, the good had for this an excellent texture. I managed to withdraw, however, in only two films - "Prince Silver" and "Behind the Last Line." The first film turned out to be very farcical, because of which Igor even broke off the shooting. In "Prince Serebryany" he got a sharply negative role of the leader of racketeers. The final of the film seemed to predetermine the fate of the musician: the story of a former boxer in the performance of Yevgeny Sidikhin at point-blank range shoots Igor. The scene was shot in October 1990, exactly a year later, a fatal shot was shot in the "Jubilee".
Despite the spectacular appearance, in life, Talkov was not a Don Juan. With his future and only wife Tatiana, he met in 1979 in the cafe Metelitsa. Then there was a wedding, the birth in 1981 of Igor's son, whom the singer adored. Family happiness was interrupted by a bullet ...
## Who is guilty
Although Talcov's death occurred in front of many witnesses, no one could say who shot. At first suspicion fell on Malakhov, but this version fell away: they shot from the other side. They thought about Shlyafman, but there was not even a single proof.
The most popular version about the murder of a musician by an agent of the special services, to which there are supposedly several prerequisites. Two days before the concert, the singer was called home with threats. There were rumors of a certain high rank from the Lubyanka, who boasted that he was promoted to the rank of Talcov for his death.
The crime is still not solved, but the memory of Talcov lives. His name is the school where he studied, several streets and a restaurant in Kaliningrad. In Moscow, there is a museum of Talcov, and at Vagankovskoye cemetery, where the singer is buried, his people's path to the grave does not really grow.
