Well if you're going to be away for a while, you might as well bring back some cookies with you. ;)  Haha, totally love these, and of course I am always pleased when you get a chance to pop in on Mondays!  These would have a hard time making it to the oven because I would probably eat at least half of the dough raw. 🤣  I'm trying to get up a spud post, but now you've got me wanting to go run and make some cookies.  I think I have most of the ingredients...Hhhhmm, might need to add these to the Tuesday to-do-list. 🍪 (At least they have a friggin' cookie emoji!!)
