I think one of my first witness votes went to @ura-soul, but I think this is the first time I had the chance (and confidence) to interact a little bit than to stand from afar and admire his work and contribution to Steemit.

You can say that votes are essentially the life force that fuels the Steemit economy, so as someone who is passionate about supporting the communities and always wanting to dig a little bit deeper into the work blockchain economies work, I am happy that there is another tool/service for those that want to take advantage of the open/transparent nature of these systems.

At first sight the site might seem a little bit daunting, and you feel like you are swimming in an ocean of numbers and figures:

One the home page:

And in the voter rank table page:

So I think perhaps a nice chart or two would help make those that are a little bit uncomfortable ease into the wealth of information available, maybe starting with the summary table that shows some very important information:

It can be turned into something more like a dashboard, but more importantly show the trend or change since the last period:

Moving down to the tables on the home page, it is very useful to have the links to the user's account page on Steemit but also a handy link to the voter rank table page for that user:

And after crunching through all the numbers to work out the 'benevolence' rank of the users you get a nice table of the rankings for the top 10 users:

We do have a little bit of space in the table cell rows, so maybe a change in the ranking might come in handy too!

The voter rank table can be sorted based on a range of different fields, so you can examine the data in many different ways:

But I guess everyone wants to know just where they are ranked so there's a handy search tool for your name if it isn't in the top 1000:

I think there would be a few in the #blockchainbi community or the data visualization or statistics enthusiasts that would want to dig into this rich set of data and find evidence or support for the posts that they are writing, or to try and uncover some interesting or unusual activities on the blockchain, so it would be good to be able to download certain datasets from the site easily, say in a .csv file or something?

But I like the fact that I can look more closely into my voting activities as well as those of other people, and along with Asher's League of Excellence (by@abh12345) and the Alternate STEEM TOPs (by @t3ran13) they all combine to give us different perspectives into what is happening underneath the currents of the Steem Ocean. Would be interesting to compare and contrast the different methods as well (but maybe another post).
