Hi friends,

Today I'm going to share with you our trip to the village temple, every year our family members gathering at this temple on every Aadi month of the Tamil calendar, This we didn't gather due to the restrictions of lockdown, so we decided to gather today at the village temple which is almost 200 km far away from my home.

I started the journey with our family to the temple at 7 am the weather was sunny, the roads were less crowded the made me convenient to drive freely. My brothers and my sister also started their journey to join the occasion as we fixed 11 am to meet at the temple.

The temple is located at the village near "Bhavani Triveni Sangamam" where three revivers The Bhavani, Kaveri, and Amirtha are connecting.

The temple has huge statues of  Lord Muneeswarar and Annamaar and also some statues of people with their professions like teachers, watchmen, snack magicians, and also some animals like bulls, cows, tiger,s and horses etc.

There is also a swing, which is for newborn babies to laid on the swing to get blessings,  and also people believe the god will relax on the swing at night.

Usually, such pujas are conducted for the benefit of our community and family, but what I do believe is that with events like this, we get together and everyone is happy together.

There are many gods in the temple. It is nice place. I couldn't read the name of the gods due to language barrier.
