The Road to 7,000 Steem Power

A few months ago, I had set a goal of 7,000 Steem Power by the end of the year. But I hit it today, not quite two months early. Bought a bit of Litecoin from Coinbase and converted it to Steem through Blocktrades. Powered up just enough of it to hit that nice round number. I’ll be buying #steembasicincome shares for some of you and then powering up what’s left.

Time for a new year-end goal. Two actually. 7200 SP as an “easy” goal and 7500 as a “stretch” goal. Since it’s unlikely that I’ll earn that much, I’ll be making little buys here and there, doing my little bit to influence the demand for Steem.

For what it’s worth, I think that Steem is a steal for under a buck. This is NOT financial advice, do your own research, yadda yadda yadda, but your grandchildren may sing your praises one day if you buy Steem now and power up.

Congrats! And you honestly would have gotten there sooner if you weren’t so damn generous in your support of others through projects like SBI and Fundition! As always, a thousand thanks for all your help.

I think you may have inspired me to make a Steem buy too... I was contemplating it earlier but trying to reign in my current spending. But I too agree Steem is a screaming buy at these prices and just can’t resist.
