Though it's anachronistic, one of my colleague's parents presented back in March, tested positive and was sent home. They returned with worsening SOB and rapidly diminishing SpO2% several days later - we admitted them. They're still under our care at my facility and though they showed signs of improvement in April, they quickly deteriorated again. They passed just a week or so ago with mutlifocal covid-related PNA. By Georgia's standards their case would not have been counted as COVID related.
