Pushing myself out of my comfort zone! - Day2

# Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.
Few days ago, I decided to move on, push myself out of my comfort zone and change my life. Yesterday I made my first blog about it and most of you were supporting me and some of you decided to change as well. 
I'll keep on posting my progress to keep motivate myself, and hopefully others. 
(This isn't really my 2nd day, but the 2nd post. I started couting the days from yesterday.

# I beat my time from yesterday.
It feels good to do better each day! My time was 7:11 for 1km yesterday.

## My new personal best for 1km is 5:59.

That's an amazing program you have there. Bodyweight exercises are the best, since they require no equipment and can be performed anywhere. At beginning, I started my journey with bodyweight exercises only. Now I'm into weight training. Good luck and keep posting. :)

For sure you will get a good level, It is a question of time an dedication and you already started, that it es most complicate... You have to take into account that, if you maintain the training during the first weeks of the plan, afterwards, it is becoming easier and your body, yourself, need for the training. Then is when you start to enjoy...

Well, it's not that simple. She gets tired for sure, but she can go back to 100% in like an hour or less. However, in this weather we can't run more and even if we would, that would be unhealthy for her since she's still growing. The optimal age for running in above 1.5 years. She's 14 months old, and it's more like training how to run than exercise for her.

Ahh well I didn't know that about young dogs. My neighbor always shaved his husky in the summer... which I've read is bad for them.
I lived in Korea and people would take their dogs (even little chihuahuas) hiking up mountains. The dogs had a much easier time than the humans.
