A case for anonymity and privacy
It was Saturday night and my daughter (almost 3 months old) fall sleep leaving mom and dad wondering what to do. We decided to watch a movie and I was quickly looking around when I saw the : **Anon**. Previously we have watched the: **Jon Snowden** and I remember how I once read a movie review from @meno about the: **Big short**.
Following the same line I would like to suggest that movie as a case for privacy and if you kind of link it with what was found by Snowden we are currently in risk of loosing all the privacy. Another movie that is similar in terms of privacy and the ability to get around it is **Cyberboy**, yep that one that Maisie Willians plays a secondary role (Any game of thrones fans remember her?)
Well now lets dive a bit into the privacy abyss and why the need for identification, zero anonymity and what is blockchain offering regarding this topic. There are a few alternatives that will get you some sort of privacy but a key point that was stated with the **Anon** movie is that there is always a digital trace to either be deleted or hidden in plain sight. How the movie shared the ability that everything could be handled in a sort of _matrix_ or maybe _blockchain/social media/finance system/health system/etc_ is impressive. Not that it won't be that long until we really have something similar but the risks of having some sort of centralize system and a unique provider gives the power to the provider and to the government specially. Now if we remember what happen couple days ago about the Google-Huawei both government backed and the now political pressure/cold warfare and how they are reacting is very interesting and now got me thinking and what the community could possibly come up with to offer another option that could possibly be neutral or at least not side dependent.
Now back to the espionage theory and how they could possibly be tracking, spying and even reading everything from us and we are paying them to do so. Now I'm not an Apple fan and I wonder why they are so quite and maybe how will they keep operating if there is a tense relationship withing the countries and how easily the public attention was moved away from Venezuela, is something going to happen soon?
