&nbsp;<div class="text-justify">Hola amigos el post de hoy es muy especial para mí, porque me encanta comer ensalada. Pero me gusta aderezarla con mayonesa y para los que vivimos en Venezuela la escasez de la misma hace un poco difícil que uno pueda darse ese gusto. Así que mi tía me enseño hacerla y es súper fácil.</div>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<div class="text-justify">Las fotos que use para este post, fue de la primera vez que la hice sola y les cuento que se me corto (risas), pero eso tiene arreglo como todo en la cocina, cuando ocurre esto solo hay que agregarle agua una cucharadita primero y se licua y si aún no agarra textura se le agrega otra cucharadita de agua y repetir esto hasta que esta se vea blanca. Yo prepare la mayonesa con lo que tenía en mi nevera pero también he hecho con cebolla, o cebollín, o  un poquito de cilantro. Espero te animes a hacerla queda realmente rica.</div>

**Preparación:**
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<div class="text-justify"> Coloca en un procesador o licuadora el huevo, agregas la taza de aceite. Comienza a licuar a velocidad baja. Esta debe de cambiar de color a blanco y con textura. Si esto no ocurre es porque se cortó ahí es donde debes a agregar el agua para que esto se solucione, luego puedes agregarle la sal al gusto.</div>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<div class="text-justify">Esa es la mayonesa clásica, pero puedes divertirte agregándole algún ingrediente extra que desees para darle un toque especial, como unos 2 dientes de ajo, o un poquito de cebolla, o cilantro, o cebollín. Bueno ya solo te queda degustarla solo, o con tus seres queridos. Gracias por leerme y espero te animes a hacer tu propia mayonesa a tu estilo.</div>

Buen truco , cuando se me ha cortado lo unico que podido hacer siempre es para aprovecharla hacer otra con otro huevo y añadirle la cortada y sale mas mayonesa pero no sabia como hacerlo sin usar otro huevo. gracias
