My 'Beef Rezala Curry' recipe with 12 Photos || Food Fight Friday!
Beef curry is every Bangali's favorite. It's one of the best curry meal which we love to have with rice and roti. On different special occasions, this menu is a must. There are several ways to cook beef curry and every single one is 
 too delicious. If you love hot & spicy meal you sure will love this. 

Beef Rezala is one of the many which we cook occasionally. It needs lots of ingredients, time and effort. So, I can't make it an everyday meal and don't prefer also, because of the red meet factor and the hit of the masalas. But, sure for any special day or occasion, it's the best menu!

I'm sharing how I do this at home. As I was saying, there are several ways to prepare this rezala. But this is what seems easy to me. 

# What we need?

* Beef with bones 1 kg
* Turmeric, chili powder
* Onion
* Garlic, Ginger and, cumin paste
* Salt
* Green chilli
* Sour curd
* Potato (optional)
* Black Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Bay leaves
* Oil

# How to prepare?

> Take 1 kg raw meet

> Put every masala on the list except sour curd, green chilli, oil and, potatoes.

> Mix it well.

> Heat up the pan, put some oil and put all the masala mixed beef.

> Put the lead on and cook for 30 minutes in low heat. You don't have to add any water.

> This is how it will look like after 30 minutes. And then put one tablespoon of sour curd. Later put some potato slices if you like and some green chillis.

> Cook for several more minutes to the oil come out.

And it's done.

Just look at the color and texture. It's hot, spicy and full of flavors. The green chilli gives it a good fragrance and all the other ingredients create a good kick of spicy taste.

You can try it at home. There are several brands that are available in any Indian shops, who make ready-mix so you don't have to worry about buying any ingredients separately.

This curry is one of fav. But yeah, it's expensive, beef is expensive and all the ingredients too compared to other things. But it worth trying.
