Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer

I got a diamond analog delay pedal as a gift and had to return it since I already have a Boss digital delay which produces similar effects.  I am not a big  pedal guy - I get them as gifts usually and exchange them so I have the ones I like.

I bought a chorus pedal that is going back - and the Ibanez Tube Screamer.  I have a number of distortion and fuzz pedals but the tube screamer has a vintage sound that can't be achieved by any other means.  There are about 3 settings that are useful to me. 

I have a Vox tube amp -and when played directly in the amp it sounds clear with little sustain (as is the case with Vox amps).  I really fell in love with the Tube Screamer when I began playing it through my Fender '63 Reverb - the sound is very SRV/Hendrix.  If you are in the market for a new distortion pedal that is capable of producing "usable" distortion - look no further!
