<i>Ecommerce is growing rapidly, with juggernauts such as Amazon taking a huge slice of the market. For instance, over 44% of all ecommerce sales in the U.S happened on Amazon. Which is huge, now with a $1 trillion-dollar market cap, Amazon can do whatever it wants. It can & does prioritize its products above the competition, it takes a hug cut from its retailers total sale revenue which in turn leads to higher cost of goods and lower margins for retailers, it also prevents any direct contact between the consumer and the merchant only allowing for one follow-up review email - this not only gives Amazon more power, it also prevents the development of any useful opportunity to build on customer relationships.</i>

This tested system has worked perfectly on centralized companies like Alibaba and will work even better on Plaza thanks to smart contracts. Just in case there is a disagreement between participating parties, arbitrators with the help of Chatbots will negotiate and provide dispute resolution services to the buyers and sellers until a solution is found. </i>

<i>The arbitrators are also responsible for setting the rates and transaction types. So, they will determine factors such as product categories and shipping locations.</i>

<i>The Plaza Ecosystem also has chatbots which work as 24-hour virtual assistants to assist with tasks such as placing orders, making payments, publishing products and gathering valuable feedback.</i>
