<i>Ecommerce is growing rapidly, with juggernauts such as Amazon taking a huge slice of the market. For instance, over 44% of all ecommerce sales in the U.S happened on Amazon. Which is huge, now with a $1 trillion-dollar market cap, Amazon can do whatever it wants. It can & does prioritize its products above the competition, it takes a hug cut from its retailers total sale revenue which in turn leads to higher cost of goods and lower margins for retailers, it also prevents any direct contact between the consumer and the merchant only allowing for one follow-up review email - this not only gives Amazon more power, it also prevents the development of any useful opportunity to build on customer relationships.</i>

<i>With Amazon it's close to impossible it is to build a relationship with your clients. Retailers and consumers on the Plaza ecosystem can connect with each other on an unbiased and frictionless ecosystem. Sellers can publish their products without ever having to worry about getting buried by prioritized Plaza products and even carry out their own promotion or loyalty campaigns. Because all transactions are carried out between the transacting parties, high intermediary costs don't exist, meaning sellers won't have to insanely mark up their product prices to recoup their costs.</i>

<i>All the transactions are taken care of by the company's smart contracts which hold all payments in an escrow account to ensure the buyer is satisfied with the product. This tested system has worked perfectly on centralized companies like Alibaba and will work even better on Plaza thanks to smart contracts. Just in case there is a disagreement between participating parties, arbitrators with the help of Chatbots will negotiate and provide dispute resolution services to the buyers and sellers until a solution is found. </i>

<i>The arbitrators are also responsible for setting the rates and transaction types. So, they will determine factors such as product categories and shipping locations.</i>

With the platforms metasearch feature users won't have to search through categories or skip through different ecommerce platforms looking for the best price. Another benefit of using the PlazaMarket is users won't need to log in their payment information over different platforms, this is because payments are processed using the PlazaDollars.</i>

<i>The Plaza Ecosystem also has chatbots which work as 24-hour virtual assistants to assist with tasks such as placing orders, making payments, publishing products and gathering valuable feedback.</i>

<i>All the buyer-seller transactional exchanges on the Plaza ecosystem are made possible by the PlazaDollar (PL$) which allows for not only cheaper but also faster transactions. </i>

<i>Plaza launched its ICO on October 4th, 2018 and will be looking to score its hard cap target of 100,000 ETH or $20,500,000 USD (Est.) before the deadline date of November 15th, 2018 is reached. If you were lucky to participate in the company's Pre ICO, there was a discount in terms of value on Plaza tokens. During the Pre ICO, 1 Ethereum got you 7500 Plaza, the value has gone down a little because during the ICO 1 Ethereum will get you 5000 Plaza. Which is still a great deal, considering everything you will be getting in return. If you're looking to participate do note that you'll need to invest a minimum of 0.25 ETH to get your foot in the game.</i>

<i>Other than the PL$, Plaza also has another form of currency known as the PLAZA Token which is an ERC20 token that can be held in any ERC20 compatible wallet. The PLAZA Token serves as the main currency of the Plaza ecosystem.
