ESSENTIAL LEARNING THAT MUST BE POSED IN ALL PEDAGOGICAL ACTION
<center>The pedagogical action includes a set of basic factors where all the communication components, whether human or material, must be immersed to carry out the stated objective.

>>  Pedagogical action
  It is understood as a behavior; that is to say, a set of movements ordered in time and / or space, oriented towards an end, an objective or a goal (Moles, 1983)

  All teaching-learning process supposes a communicative action to guide or conduct the way that the actors have to exchange information, it is a mediator of actions to achieve  everything raised


In this context, the pedagogical action must contextualize the development of education as a humanizing reality in order to relate, as I have previously mentioned, the connection of school with life


In this sense, it is necessary to implement the following lessons in pedagogical action to clearly opt for the human   development of the students.

These learnings are based on the following principles: Learn to be, Learn to know, Learn to do and Learn to live together, which are the essential basic aspects to develop meaningful and humanizing learning for students.

Learning to know is a fundamental axis in students and essential to understand the world around them, where it allows them to internalize and develop their skills, academic training and preparation for life, which allows and favors the understanding and knowledge of the unknown.

>> In this sense, aspects such as the following are developed:
Stimulate the critical sense, that is, that boys and girls can question and give their opinion according to their own criteria.
Arouse intellectual curiosity, since curiosity is a characteristic of child development. In this sense, it is sought that boys and girls want to investigate and find pleasure in doing so.
 Exercise memory, with the aim that boys and girls are nourished with all kinds of experiences that allow them to develop their thinking.
Achieve autonomy in decision-making, that is, that children can have experiences and carry out activities where they can exercise their autonomy.


You cannot want what is not known, when you begin to know then the interest and the pleasure of appreciating what your interior begins to see as something that was unknown but now you begin to discover it's a real pacer   you feel a real interest, and the students are experts in wanting to know. In this sense, we teachers are here to guide and help them meet the unknown.



>>In recent times, a majority of experts have agreed (fueled by the metaphor "Education contains a treasure" —Jaques Delors, 1997—) that learning to know is one of the pillars of Education for the 21st Century.

Learning to do is the second pillar of educational action where it is very important that students manipulate doing, playing because it is proven that students learn more by doing and their senses significantly capture what is manipulated in order to remain forever in their memory, since remember that significant learning is what remains forever in our minds.

So that in all pedagogical action these basic aspects must be immersed to determine the main objective where the true value of life in the learning process is valued and humanized 

**How should these basic principles be implemented in students?**
These basic principles must be implemented based on various factors to consider and which must correspond to the basic physical, emotional, social and economic conditions of the students, that is, where these basic learning interrelate, taking as a priority consideration the social environment of all and to globalize all the contents of the areas, providing everyone with the necessary capacities to understand the reality of life and to have their own criteria to analyze problems and, at the same time, consider alternatives to search for the pertinent solutions and thus build a world of solidarity and more humanity.

**Who is responsible for the pedagogical action?**

The pedagogical action is executed and guided by the teachers
in the classroom setting, where the family is immersed in  in the educational process     

>>this process is carried out through different educational actors or significant people who relate to students such as their parents and other family members, community educators, volunteer mothers, adolescents, groups that promote social and cultural actions to strengthen the learning process.

I believe that our role is of utmost importance in the pedagogical action of the students because as builders of society and therefore of our students we are responsible for the way our students see the world.

We must remember that these gobalizing principles that we have as tools to insert meaningful education in children are currently given the name of transversal axes since they emerge from a constructionist position but arise from social reality cohesive with the areas that make up the educational curriculum .

Learning to be is another axis of significant value in student learning since it allows the integral development of them to connect for life.

It should be noted that teachers must keep in mind that each boy or girl is a different unit and that not all should be treated equally since there are different limitations in each one of them.

We teachers have the responsibility to guide them and help them rediscover their critical thinking about true identity, freedom of thought and action in the different circumstances of life.

Learning to live together is a pillar together with all the other pillars that undoubtedly leads students to successfully achieve the development of the other pillars established in educational action where students who have been guided by and for life learn to live democratically and with tolerance embedded in a series of learned values that enables them to confront problems firmly and autonomy.</center>
