This just in from the Precrime Division: CPS in the UK will use AI to predict potential child abuse and you can believe if it's proposed in the UK, it's already happening here. After the plethora of school shootings during his tenure as president, Barack Obama signed an Executive Order establishing a pre-crime unit in Federal law enforcement- the primary motive being to eradicate the 2nd Amendment. However, the technocrats in Washington will use AI for anything they can readily fit it to. Here's how it works...

Nearly everyone has either a computer and /or smartphone- they also use Google and social media platforms where their personal information and internet searches are recorded and stored. All of this data is accessible to advertisers (the excuse used by Big Tech to collect the data) and to government security agencies. Because these agencies share data, it's available to all departments. If you doubt this, here's something to think about... do you think that the government keeps a dossier on every citizen for national security- because they believe we're all potential terrorists? Of course not. They want the data to use against you in case you "step out of line." If you have children, they can pull up a Facebook post or a Tweet critical of the government, or some innocuous Google search they can twist into being detrimental to your child.

Google is already working with the Chinese government on surveillance of their citizens and have helped develop a social credit system, much like your credit score, only if you don't toe the government line, you lose credits and rights along with them. In China there is no right to privacy- a right rapidly disappearing in the US. This is about control- it's always about control, anything the government can use to control people they will use and what better leverage than someone's children. Here's how it works...

"Computer programs assess how likely we are to default on a loan, or how much risk we pose to an insurance provider."

"Designers of a predictive model have to identify an 'outcome variable', which indicates the presence of the factor they are trying to predict." Now here's where the problems begin- "outcome variables" can mean anything. By entering a person's past behavior into a database creates a model by which they believe they can predict future behavior. People change and computers lack the where-with-all to detect these changes.

"They then attempt to identify characteristics commonly found in children who enter the care system. Once these have been identified, the model can be run against large datasets to find other individuals who share the same characteristics." The underlying premise is that ALL children behave the same to any given set of stimuli.

Let's call this what it really is... more government intrusion into the privacy and lives of citizens. By using an extremely flawed model, the government collects massive amounts of data on people and then applies the model in an effort to control them, either by taking their children or threatening to if certain "standards" aren't met. This is 1984 on steroids and the Obama administration threw the doors wide open to the abuse.

America is rapidly becoming a technocracy and much of what's been going on in this sector has been kept from the public. I'm sure many remember when NSA Director James Clapper testified to Congress that the NSA did NOT spy on American citizens, only to have it disclosed that they were spying on everyone. Google, Facebook, Twitter and most of the other Silicon Valley companies are complicit, having gotten their start-up money from DARPA. As our friends in the UK attempt to bumble their way into a surveillance society, America has refined it to the point that most of the population is unaware that it's going on. A company called Palantir is already doing pre-crime predictive surveillance in many cities across the country... adapting it to fit the CPS model is just the next step.
