Yucca salad Delicious substitute dish to the potato

### Steps for its elaboration:

1. Peel the yucca, cut into pieces and place it in a pot with a little salt, cook until it softens.

2. Once the cassava is cold, cut into pieces or small squares, add it in a container.

3. Chop the rest of the ingredients in small squares: carrots and eggs. Add in the same container and mix, you must also add corn for a special touch.

4. Add the dressing and mix, add salt to taste. For the preparation of the sauce, mix mayonnaise, mustard, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a tablespoon of English sauce and a tablespoon of vinegar, mix everything and add to the salad.
