Orange Juicetarian - Day 9 on the Juice Fast

I just finished day 9 of my juice fast. I did not write on day 8...as I do tend to get a little busy :) Quick update...

* I am still alive.
* I *still* have solid stool coming out of me!
* I have practically become an Orange Juicetarian
* I'm at 126.6 lbs.

Day 8: I drank orange juice. I'm feeling happy :)

Day 9: I also drank nothing but orange juice. And today I had my first solid stools since a few days ago. I went to the bathroom (#2) twice, and both times it looked like old pasta. Yyyyup. Listen, I am relatively clean inside of my bowels. If I am still going to the bathroom after 9 days of no solid foods, how many days would *YOU* be crapping after quitting solid food? You'll be surprised to find out that you have a lot of meals stuck in you from the past...

Those past meals are continually polluting you.

They are clouding your mind, impairing your judgement, and destroying the connection with your spiritual self!

*They are your past sins referred to in the Bible!* A "sin" is basically a poor food choice, and the "original sin" is cooking your food. Just sayin'...spittin' some truth :)

You can find unpasteurized orange juice at the grocery? I would be a orange juicetarian if I could. I'll try to find some.

They're definitely much better fresh squeezed by yourself...or at least in the states this is true. Some companies in Florida, for example, pick the oranges (or grapefruits) way too early....and they're acidic -.- when citrus is SUPER fresh, it tastes very sweet! Maybe you cannot say the same for lemons @jesseatsfruit has a good suggestion... I love my small citrus juicer! :)

Oh, and yes there are 2 grocery brands here--out of probably 12 different grocery brands!--that sell unpasteurized juice. I find it criminal that grocery stores do not carry unpasteurized juice!
