Right Way to Open a Coconut for Drinking (it's EASY!)

Here's a video on the simple way to open a coconut for drinking coconut water. You don't need a big machete and a crazy desire to chop things up. All you need is a good knife. I hear that you could even do this with a butter knife...and I do not doubt it :)

And you need at least 2 coconuts! Watch the video to see why :)
