Hello everyone!  Happy Tuesday and welcome to my fitness report.

As usual my activity for today consisted mainly walking. I did start off however with some warm up exercises and calisthenics early this morning at home. And as I was looking outside through the window the grounds were wet then before long it started to drizzle. I put on my hoodie raincoat and off I went walking around the neighborhood. It was chilly and I was feeling the cold air on my face. During this walk I did not encounter any bunnies but I did meet a beautiful cat wandering around and I was able to take a few photos of the cat.  I got back home just before 10 a.m.

At home I rested and had a light breakfast. I did a little bit of steeming activities online responding to a few posts.

At 1 p.m. I went to the mall and walked for about an hour stopping by the food court for snack and then came back home at 2:45 p.m. and at this time finally the rain had subsided, hence I ended my day with the seven77. All in all my day was fun and wonderful. I enjoyed it.
