Happy Tuesday Everybody, Thanks once again for joining me and welcome to another fitness report. I was up early this morning however, I decided not to go outdoors out in the neighborhood for my workout today.  And that is because the quality of air in the environment is increasingly unhealthy as each day goes by and this is because of the wildfires that is currently happening in the state and from neighboring states as well. And of course COVID too all in the mix of everything else. Just too many things going on and happening at the same time. Presently, and even this morning the AQI was like over 250 almost 300. So, I ended up doing a lot of floor exercises, jumping jacks, rope skipping, running in place, walking around the house, etc. Nonetheless, I was active and achieved a great workout.  Looking up in the sky it’s a blanket of grey clouds that’s dull, smoky and foggy all day and the almost smells like gas or something. Not good. Anyways, for images to accompany my post I share with you photos of fruits which I took a few days ago.  And that is it for today and hopefully the AQI and COVID will soon go down to a level where it isn’t so unhealthy or dangerous to be outdoors.
