Day 12 - Reputation Dropped From 51 to 0!

**Day 12 - Reputation Points : 41**

+1 reputation point today! Actually I am really happy that I am at 41 reputation points after 12 days. I just wish that I can recover faster. I am setting myself a new target of 10 points this week, so hopefully I'll be back to 51 reputation points by Day 17.

Since pausing all my curation trails yesterday, my Voting Power has recovered to 67%. I should be able to get up to 80% by tomorrow's daily update post. I will resume the curation trails again and keep to above 80% Voting Power.

Most Steemians should know by now that you can buy votes. There are 2 main services that everyone uses. The first is [Minnow Booster](https://www.minnowbooster.net/) and the second is [SmartSteem](https://smartsteem.com/). All along I have been using SmartSteem which gives you a few upvotes base on the amount you are buying. Minnow Booster on the other hand gives you just 1 upvote base on the amount you bought. I might be wrong about this because today is the first day I tried out Minnow Booster.

If you would like 1 giant upvote from an Orca or Whale then go for Minnow Booster. If you would like many small upvotes, then go for SmartSteem. I will be testing out Minnow Booster for a few more days before deciding which service is better in terms of ROI.

That's all for today, a very short post just to update on my recovery journey.

I hope my daily post series can serve 2 purposes.

1. As a tutorial for others in a similar situation, now and in future.
2. A lesson and reminder to myself not to click on phishing links and keying in my password at dubious websites.
