I look at myself wondering.... Who am I?

Sometimes I look at myself wondering....
Who am I? 

Surrounded by lots of people and yet.... 
Feel alone... 

Wish in my heart to do good and I belive... 
How come it backfires?

I'm a optimist.. Dreamer... Believer! 
Some call me naive..... Am I? 

I look at myself wondering... Who am I? 

Love to laugh and smile and feel bubbly... 
But is that all that people se? 

Good girl always does the right thing.... 
How come I don't feel that good? 
I have thoughts that's not so ladylike... Bad girl? 

I get scared feeling low and sad... I run.. Hide 
Feel ashamed and weak and don't like myself much.... Don't want people to see me... 

Been through alot but it's no excuse... Suck it up and don't be weak ... I use to say to myself... 
How come I can't anymore? 

I look at myself wondering... Who am I? 
What changed? 

I know....The image of always being a certain way isn't how people se me..... 
It's how I think people need to se me... 
All in my own head! 

Letting go of that now... I'm not perfect... Don't have to be. 
No need for mask around people who knows me. I am who I am.... And you know who that is! 

I look at myself wondering... How come I didn't se that before? I now know.... 
Who I am!

This was a writing for a contest here that a friend started and it took me LOOOONG time to know what to write 😜 
Still not happy with the results but atleast honest.... Lol
