හැම දෙයකම පළමු පියවර කියන්නෙහ්, හරිම කුතුහලයකින්, ආශවකින් වගේම බලාපොරොත්තු ගොන්නක් එක්ක කරන දෙයක්... ඔයාල කාටත් මතක ඇති ස්කොලේ ගියපු මුල්ම දවස.හරියට අවබොදයක් නොතිබ්බත්, අලුත් ලොකයක් වගේ මට නම් පෙනුනෙහ්. 

ඉතින් මගේ පුත තේජාන්, මෙ පාර 1 වෙනි වසරට ඇතුල් උනා.ඒ කියන්නෙහ්, එයත් ස්කොලෙ යන්න පටන් ගත්තා. රටේ තියෙන ප්‍රශ්නත් එක්ක පටන් ගැන්ම ගැන හරියට ක්‍රමයක් හිතගන්න බැරිව හිට්යේ. ට්වුමේ ජනප්‍රිය පාසල් දෙකකට අපි ඉල්ලුපත් දාල තිබ්බේ. සුදුසුකම් තිබිච්ච නිසා ලොකු බයක් තිබ්බෙත් නැහැ හිතට. ප්‍රිය බිරිද නම් ලොකු දෙඩිගියාවකින් හිට්යේ. එයාට අවශය උනේ එයා ගියපු එකට දාගන්න. ඒක තමා ඉතින් ඇඹිලිපිටියේ තියෙන ලොකුම ස්කොලේ. මුලික වටයේ කොල්ලාව සිලෙක්ට් උනෙහ් නැහැ. ලිස්ට් එකේ ඉන්න උනා..කොහොම හරි පටන්ගන්න දවසට කලින් දවසේ තමයි අපි දැනගත්තේ එයා ඒකට සිලෙක්ට් උනා කියලා. වයිපරේට හරි සතුටුයි.

ඊට පස්සේ ඉතින් පන්ති භාර ගුරුතුමියට කතාකරල විස්තර අහගෙන වැඩේට ලක ලෑස්ති උනා. ළමයින් පිළිගැනීම කරන්න තිබ්බේ 2 වසරේ අය. අපට තිබ්බා පන්ති කාමරය සරසන්න. ඒකට උදේ හතවෙද්දි එන්න කිව්වා. දුවට තාම සති 3ක් වගේ නිසා, හැම රාජකරියක්ම තිබ්බේ මට. පුතගේ නිළ ඇදුම, උදේට කිරිබත් හදන එක... ඔක්කොම බොහොම ලස්සනට කරගන්න පුළුවන් උනා...

ඉතින් 19 වෙනිදා උදෙ මමයි කොල්ලයි ජැන්ඩියට ඇන්දගෙන හරියට වෙලාවටම ගියා. 

ඒ අතරතුර ගහපු පින්තුර තමයි මෙහ්.

උත්සවය ඉවර වෙද්දි 11 වගේ උනා, ළමයින්ව පන්ති කාමරවලට එක්කගෙන ගිහින්, ඒ අයට පොඩි සන්ග්‍රහයක් තිබ්බා. ඊට පස්සේ තිබ්බෙහ් අලුත් පොත් බෙදා දීම. ටීචර් අතින්ම ඔක්කොටම බෙදල දුන්න කිසිම වෙනස් කමක් නැතිව.

දවල් 12 වගේ වෙනකන් එත්න වැඩ සටහන කෙරුනා. ස්කොලේ ගියපු මුල්ම දවස නිසා, එයාට පොඩි සප්‍රයිස් දුන්නා Pizza Hut එක්කගෙන ගිහින්. වයිපරේ වගේම පුතත් ආසයි Pizza කන්න.

ඔන්න ඔය විදියට තමයි පළවෙනි දවස ගතවුනෙහ්.

හැමදෙයක්ම කලබලයට කෙරුනත්, එයාට හරි, ප්‍රිය බිරිදට හරි අඩුවක් නොදැනෙන්න වැඩේ වෙච්ච එක ගැන නම් මට හරිම සතුටුයි.
