There is no reason to have an MPA for a coin with very small marketcap. If the MPA comes popular, it will hurt very badly the real coin because all those people who buy the MPA are not raising the value of the real coin. Price of the MPA will be the same, regardless of how much demand there is for it. It's financial derivative that tracks the value of real asset. MPAs are **only** useful for assets that have really big marketcap, like fiat-currencies and precious metals.
