Lost in the fog.

I love drewry days in the city. Low fog, drizzle and a little nip in the air. This is the iconic Lion's Gate Bridge in Vancouver BC. For me its one of my first memories as a kid coming over on the ferry from the island heading into the city. It seemed so big, like it was built by giants. My access point to doing something totally Canadian. Spending the night in the big city with my family and watching a Canucks hockey game.

It's amazing as an adult what sights and smells bring back childhood memories. I've never forgotten the sound of the tires as the roll over the bridge and the cadence it creates. Every bridge is different. But that sound meant something good as it still does today.
