■ 지속적인 '조건부 기본 소득 제공' 방안 모색

* @sct 계정과 @sct.adv 계정에 보상으로 주어지는 SCT 토큰을 다운보팅 계정인 @sct.down에 지속적으로 이체하고 스테이킹하여 기본 소득 제공을 위한 계정으로 키우겠습니다. 스테이킹 수량을 늘려야 비로소 기본 소득에 유의미한 정도를 제공할 수 있기 때문입니다.
