Exercise Is Healthy @senseicat
Integrating fitness at a young age is extremely important.  I encourage my son to exercise daily from hiking, track, football, and biking as a way of life.  I exercise as well and it is extremely fun to do it with a friend.  It is something we look forward to doing together and we find that it is a great way to bond.
