My Actifit Report Card: July 6 2019

Felt like the hottest day of the year so far.  Walked around Camborne in the morning and it was already too warm for me.

I like walking around the town but the traffic fumes are annoying in the hot weather.  I'll have to stick to the coast and countryside on days like this.
