Actifit Tracking: Dancing and Ice Cream

Ice cream and dancing... can’t beat that for an evening. 😜

I’m always stoked when I break 10k steps in a day, and dancing is always a sure way to get there. 

Speaking of my ice cream... it’s actually my favorite (and pretty healthy) obsession. It’s a chocolate dipped vanilla bar - but made with coconut milk and sweetened with monk fruit, so it’s sugar free. Not too bad for a “treat”.

Other than that, I went for a walk and hit up some happy hour with friends! Good thing I went dancing to help work off the Mac and cheese I ordered. 😅
