Power is continuing to dip, but AutoVoters are back up!

So looks like power has dipped to around 85%, So I had to make some minor adjustments. There has also been some new delegations and tier upgrades so I suspect, votes will still be pretty much the same.

<h1> Voting Power and Weight</h1>

As above, Stax's power has dipped to around 85%, So I made some minor adjustments to tiers;
Gold-42%
Silver-20%
Nickel-9%
Copper-4%

I'll watch close and continue to adjust as needed.

<h1> Daily Voting</h1>

Looks like [steemvoter](https://steemvoter.com/) is up and running again if anyone wants to add Stax so you don't forget. You can also use the streemian or steemauto service if you want to automate the process. It looks like most people yesterday are fine with some sort of penalty for missed votes at the end of the month, but if people miss a lot of votes than there would be some sort of tier demotion or something. I'll continue to wrap my head around it and put down some options in the coming days for feedback. Also please continue to provide any feedback or discussions at the time.

<h1> Second Chance Post</h1>
I found another newbie, with a pretty good post today. [This Post Here](https://steemit.com/steemsilvergold/@silverwolverine/the-best-online-precious-metal-dealers) is from @silverwolverine and he has a pretty decent list of the major US silver retailers. I often check out these websites but unfortunately they don't ship worldwide, so I just get to drool.
