Time for stretching

<p>My poor bones need to stretch more often then in the past.</p>
<p>Ok, I start to stretch my arms as I can see on the tv movies. I have an horizontal iron bar in my lab, so I can do the same exercise that Richard Gere do in "American gigolo". I search on youtube the perfect soundtrack (Call me, Blondie) and I'm ready!</p>

<p>mmm... I have some problems to do it. I feel that my legs don't cooperate with the rest of my body. I'm starting to sweat and my hands slip away from the bar. So sad.</p>
