Today I am sharing delicious tengra fish curry recipe. It is a homemade recipe. Actually It is very popular bengali chef . I like this recipe . I hope you will like my recipe. So you can try it.

Tengra fish 200 grams
Taro roots 900 grams
Green chilli 8 pieces
Tumeric 2 spoons
Garlic 1 piece
Red chilli powder 3 grams
Cumin powder 3 grams
Onion 1 piece
Salt 2.5 spoons
Mustard oil 45 grams
Garam Masala paste 3 grams
Water as needed 

I cut tengra fish . After that I washed tengra fish with hot water .

. Finally I had taken preparation for making this recipe . I had mixed tumeric and salt in tengra fish .

At first I washed taro roots with clear water .I removed taro roots shells . I cut taro roots slicely. I cut onion ,green chilli and onion slicely .

When mustrad oil is hot in pan , I fried tengra fish in pan.

After that I picked up tengra fish from oven.

I fried taro roots with hot mustrad oil in pan. After frying taro roots , i added green chilli , tumaric and salt . I admixed water as needed in curry .

I boiled this curry 8 minutes . I added fry tengra fish in curry . I boiled 5 minutes this curry . I picked up this curry from oven .

I admixed garam masala paste in curry . When mustrad oil is hot in pan , i fried onion and garlic . I added this curry in pan again . I boiled this curry 7 minutes . Thus I made delicious tengra fish curry recipe with taro roots .
