The need for nutrition in the human body is immense. Vegetables play an important role in meeting the daily nutritional needs of the body. Vegetables are rich in vitamins and minerals. Eating vegetables meets the vitamin needs of the people so we should keep vegetables in our daily food list. 


Planting our vegetable garden to meet the nutritional needs of our family. It can meet the nutritional needs of our family as well as we can make a financial profit by selling it in the market. The vegetables that we find in the market are mixed with different kinds of harmful substances.  These are harmful to our body.  Think about what to do with our vegetable garden.




* ### Now I will discuss with you about our vegetable garden.👇


• Different species of vegetables are grown in our vegetable garden including eggplant, sweet pumpkin, spinach, red spinach, pui spinach.We produce vegetables in our own way without any chemical additives, only dung manure is applied.

* When the eggplants are greater, they attack the purple insects. So polythene barriers are barred for suppression of eggplant. No chemical spray is used for suppression of eggplant tree insects.

* The eggplant trees are on the eggplant. The eggplant trees are the eggplants that are domestic species.

* The saplings of the brinja have been planted 15 days ago. Eggplant trees that have less eggplant are cut down and new.  These trees will be planted.

* I collected some eggplants for home from the eggplant tree today.


(The eggplant trees you can see above, which were planted 5 months ago, are now beginning to bear fruit)

* You can see the trees in the picture above, they are white spinach. It can be collected within 20 to 25 days of planting.

*  When collecting white vegetables from our garden. These were planted in our garden 20 days ago.

* These trees are pumpkin trees planted two months ago have not yet caught the pumpkins.  But will start catching pumpkins in ten to twelve days.

* The vegetable you could see in the picture above is called pula  in the local language. These are very tasty to eat and contain a lot of nutrients.  These are our native species.

* These are the spinach in our garden. These were planted in 20 days and now they have grown.  Will be collected within five to six days and sold in the market.

In addition to all of the above we have some local vegetables in our garden and planted some new winter vegetables. which I will share with you later. We should all plant vegetables in the open space in our backyard and meet the nutritional needs of our families
