The U.S. Postal Service has disarmed our Doughboy, leaving him defenceless, by removing his Rifle! They take this step because they have decided to alter History, because they feel empowered to remove all "evil guns", across the board! They do not have the right to Insult these Brave MEN on a postage stamp; nor to damage our children, by lying to them and trying to hide History from them! 

This is a government agency, which means they work for, and reflect upon, ME! I am disgusted by this action, these fools need to face consequences, up to, and including dismissal. This can Never become acceptable! Once we begin rewriting History, we loose our point of reference, and our decisions become tainted by this deliberately introduced error!

These MEN were willing to climb out of a trench, and charge machine guns, because Americans were attacked! They willing gave their Lives to protect this Republic and her Citizens, but to do the job they carried the best Rile on the battlefield, and used it to clean out the opposition! They did NOT charge them with a flag on a pole!

When the German army counter attacked, they believed the US Army had a machine gun they did not know about, because the losses were 20% higher when they hit American lines thaan when they hit other trenches. It turned out that the combination of the 1906 (30-06) Springfield, with newly designed ammunition, in the hand of soldiers that hunted for food; was a super weapon on this battlefield! 

Now instead of saluting these brave MEN, and thanking them for their sacrifice; we are denying that they were evwn armed in combat! It must have just been a parade...I claim BS! These were Real MEN, fighting a desperate war, to protect us all! They used the best battle rifle of that war, and with pure backbone, broke the back of the Kaiser's Army!

This is History, and based on fact! These were Giants, and these worms that specify stamps have NO right to edit their sacrifice! This was the introduction of modern warfare. Up to this battle, the war stopped at night to allow the soldiers  to cook dinner , and sleep. When this occurred, we began a sustained attack, 24 / 7,  that totally depleted the German Army's logistics  and reserves! This depletion force the Greman Army to accept an armistice to avoid a total defeat, because if the Allies punched through the front lines, there was nothing left between there, and Berlin!

This is the quality of MEN that the US Post office has disarmed, and disrespected! Shame on them!
